How to Succeed
Mr. Ellis:
Complete assigned readings, and worksheets that are given to you. Be sure to complete study guides and review class notes before tests start. Write all of the information you need on the notecard given to you for tests.
Ms. Morelle:
Complete the assigned readings, and listen in class. Ms. Morelle explains each concept thoroughly and simply, and just paying attention in class will reduce your studying time dramatically. Doing the assigned readings is very important because it's history after all, and history relies on hard facts. Complete the study guides before tests - almost everything on the tests is straight off the terms and concepts on the study guides.
When writing essays, don't use fancy language or flowery metaphors like you would in an English essay. Include evidence, legitimate sources, and concise analysis.
